Senior partner role joining a busy litigation team with deep capabilities in IP litigation and antitrust/competition disputes. The position focuses on patent litigation (particularly life‑sciences and technology matters) and antitrust work tied to private‑equity transactions.

The team handles complex, bet‑the‑company cases and high‑stakes commercial disputes. This is a rainmaking role: you will lead matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate with cross‑practice colleagues on multi‑disciplinary matters.

• Proven partner‑level litigation experience, with a strong track record in patent litigation (life sciences and/or technology)
• Experience handling antitrust/competition disputes, ideally connected to private‑equity matters
• Demonstrable client development and team leadership skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in federal courts
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
