Partner — Litigation, Labor & Employment (Houston)

Seeking a partner to join and grow a busy litigation and labor & employment practice in the Houston office. The role will handle complex commercial and professional liability matters and advise clients in healthcare and construction-related disputes.

The successful candidate will lead case teams, develop new business, and maintain strong client relationships across related industries. This is an opportunity to shape a multidisciplinary practice while working closely with experienced trial lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant litigation and employment law experience, including trial and complex commercial matters
• Experience advising or defending healthcare and construction clients preferred
• Proven business development record and ability to lead and mentor teams
• Active admission to the Texas bar (or ability to waive/obtain)
