Partner, Litigation & Labor/Employment — Pittsburgh

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation team in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on commercial litigation and labor & employment matters, with frequent work touching healthcare, professional liability and construction disputes.

The successful candidate will lead matters from intake through trial, supervise and develop associates, and expand a diverse client base across private and institutional clients. This is a visible role with significant business-development expectations.

• Established track record in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters, including trial experience
• Experience handling healthcare, professional liability and construction-related disputes
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams and mentor junior lawyers
• Strong business-development skills and existing client relationships
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
