Partner, Litigation — Montreal

Opportunity for a lateral partner to join an established litigation practice in Montreal. The firm is hiring opportunistically across a range of dispute areas, including environmental, construction, securities, white‑collar and estates litigation.

Moves with a team are welcome where the partner's portable business supports a group. The firm seeks partners who bill at strong market rates and who can delegate work appropriately without undercutting firm rates.

• Proven senior litigation experience in one or more of: environmental, construction, securities, white‑collar or estates litigation
• Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships and the ability to expand a book of business
• Strong reputation and ability to bill at market rates; comfortable delegating to associates while preserving fee levels
• Portable book of business of $2, 3, 4 million at least (USD)
• Team moves considered where the partner's portable business supports that structure
