Partner, Litigation — Palo Alto

Leading U.S. law firm seeks a partner to join its Palo Alto litigation team. The role will focus on complex commercial and technology-related disputes across state and federal courts, with opportunities to lead matter strategy and trial work.

The successful candidate will split time between client-facing work, matter leadership, and business development within the Silicon Valley market. This position offers access to collaborative national litigation resources while operating from the Palo Alto office.

• Significant experience handling complex commercial and technology-related litigation matters
• Proven trial and dispositive motion experience in state or federal court
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
• Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
