Partner, Litigation & Securities — Chicago

Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago litigation team with a focus on securities and white-collar matters. The role involves leading complex contested matters, managing trial and regulatory work, and supervising associates.

The partner will work closely with cross-office teams, develop and maintain client relationships, and play a direct role in business development and practice growth. Strong courtroom experience and a track record on securities or regulatory enforcement matters are highly valued.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities or white-collar defense
• Demonstrated trial and/or regulatory litigation record
• Strong business development skills and client relationship management
• Active bar admission in Illinois or ability to qualify
