Leading US litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas team. The role focuses on complex commercial and securities disputes, including matters with white-collar and government-investigations elements.

The successful candidate will help grow the local bench, lead high‑value matters, and collaborate with national and international colleagues to service sophisticated corporate clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established trial and appellate litigation experience with securities or white-collar matters
• Proven track record of originating and leading significant mandates and managing teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
