Partner — Litigation & Securities, New York

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team, with a focus on securities litigation and white‑collar matters. The role will handle complex, high‑stakes disputes and regulatory work for a range of private clients.

The partner will lead case strategy, manage teams of associates, and drive client development efforts. The team operates on a national platform with institutional support for investigations, trial preparation, and appellate work.

This is an opportunity to grow a litigation practice within a well‑resourced platform while collaborating across practices and offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in securities litigation and/or white‑collar defense
• Proven trial and/or investigatory experience and experience supervising associate teams
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligible) and strong client development record
