Partner — Litigation & Securities, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a senior litigation partner to join a major U.S. firm’s Washington, D.C. office to lead complex securities and white‑collar matters. The role involves handling high‑stakes litigation, government investigations, and regulatory disputes, and advising institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage a litigation team, work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in securities litigation and white‑collar criminal/regulatory matters
• Track record of client origination and team leadership
• Active bar admission in D.C. or eligibility to transfer
