Partner, Litigation & Technology — Washington, D.C.

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to enhance its litigation practice in Washington, D.C., with a strong focus on technology-related disputes. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, class actions, and privacy/data-protection matters across government-facing and private-sector clients.

The partner will lead matter teams, manage client relationships, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on technology, regulatory and advisory matters. This is a senior role with significant client-facing responsibility and business-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience, including class actions and privacy/data-protection matters
• Proven trial, appellate, or complex-case management record
• Demonstrated business-development success and existing client relationships in the D.C. market
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
