Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to expand and lead patent litigation and antitrust work. The role will focus on life sciences and technology patent disputes and antitrust matters connected to private equity transactions, with opportunities to collaborate across corporate, IP and energy teams.

The successful candidate will join an established platform serving sophisticated corporate and private-equity clients, work on high‑stakes litigation, and help grow client relationships and cross‑practice referrals. Remote or hybrid arrangements may be available consistent with firm policy.

Proven trial and appellate experience in patent litigation, with a strong record in life sciences and/or technology matters
Substantial antitrust litigation experience, ideally with matters tied to private equity or deal‑related disputes
Demonstrated client development and team leadership skills; ability to originate and grow cross‑practice engagements
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to manage a complex litigation docket
Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
