An international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office and help lead a multi-disciplinary practice spanning corporate transactions and litigation. The role sits at the intersection of private equity, venture capital, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and energy — an ideal platform for a partner with cross-border ambitions and a track record of building durable client relationships.

The firm advises clients in high-growth sectors including technology and the life sciences, with patent litigation and antitrust matters closely tied to private equity and venture-driven portfolios. The incoming partner will work alongside practitioners across corporate, IP, litigation, and energy groups to deliver coordinated counsel on complex, multi-faceted matters.

This is an open compensation position. The firm maintains a collaborative, team-oriented culture and encourages partners to expand their practices through its national and international platform.

• Admitted to practice and in good standing
• Demonstrated experience across one or more of the firm's core practices: corporate/private equity, IP and patent litigation, antitrust and competition, or energy
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative mindset suited to a multi-office, interdisciplinary environment
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
