Leading Chicago office seeks a lateral partner to reinforce a cross-practice litigation capability with a focus on patent litigation and finance-related disputes. The role will handle high-value matters and work closely with transactional finance teams on contentious issues that arise from structured and leveraged finance transactions.

Ideal candidate will build and manage litigation matters, expand client relationships, and provide senior-level litigation strategy and courtroom advocacy. The position offers a platform to grow a client base within a large, multi-practice environment.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in patent litigation matters
