Partner — Patent Litigation & Finance, West Palm Beach

Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its West Palm Beach office to strengthen its patent litigation capabilities and support related finance matters. The role combines courtroom and strategic litigation work with opportunities to advise on structured and leveraged finance aspects tied to IP-rich businesses.

The successful candidate will handle high-value patent disputes, manage teams, and cultivate client relationships across litigation and finance practices. This is a visible, client-facing role with significant business development responsibilities and cross-practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in patent litigation with demonstrable trial or appellate experience
• Proven client development skills and ability to lead and mentor teams
• Familiarity with finance-related matters (structured finance, leveraged finance) a plus
