Senior partner hire to join a well-established corporate team in London focused on private equity and M&A work. The role will lead complex, cross-border transactions, manage client relationships and drive origination for the practice.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, mentor senior associates and collaborate with international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy and grow an active PE/M&A franchise.
