Partner — Private Equity / M&A, Paris

Senior partner hire to strengthen a leading international corporate practice in Paris. The role will focus on private equity and industrial M&A, augmenting an existing energy & infrastructure M&A capability.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of leading complex buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, develop client relationships across private equity and corporate clients, and step into an active role immediately to support deal flow and team growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in private equity and industrial M&A transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively with energy & infrastructure teams and support cross‑practice opportunities
• Strong relationship development and business‑generation skills
