Partner, Project Finance — Dubai/Abu Dhabi

Senior partner-level role to lead and expand a project finance capability in the UAE market. The role involves advising on high-value infrastructure and project financings across the region, working with lenders, sponsors and advisers on transactions across energy, infrastructure and related sectors.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in the practice, drive business development and mentor senior associates. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice within a major international law firm presence in the UAE.

• Significant senior experience advising on project finance and infrastructure transactions in the UAE/GCC region.
• Proven track record of originating and leading complex financings and managing cross-border teams.
• Strong business development and client relationship capabilities.
• Admission to practise in a relevant common-law or civil jurisdiction, or equivalent professional standing.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
