The role will focus on advising on complex project financings across energy, infrastructure and related sectors, working on cross-border transactions and coordinating with international offices.
The successful candidate will help grow the practice in France, lead client relationships, and work closely with banking, corporate and regulatory teams on structured financing matters.
- Proven partner-level experience in project finance and syndicated lending
- Admitted to practise in France (or equivalent) with strong local market knowledge
- Fluent in French and English; experience on cross-border transactions
- Track record of originating and leading mandates and managing teams
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
