Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Cologne

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice in the Cologne office of a highly regarded German law firm. The role combines high-value transactional work with construction and infrastructure matters and a mix of advisory and dispute-resolution instructions.

The successful candidate will own client relationships, lead business development across the practice, and supervise and mentor associates. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for team management and practice strategy.
