Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Denver

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Denver real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters and construction-related work, advising owners, developers and lenders across transactional and contentious matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative regional team and help expand a busy practice while handling complex deals and disputes. The role offers client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to develop cross-practice work with estate planning and hospitality-related matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established record of originating and managing commercial real estate and construction matters
• Active Colorado bar admission (or eligible) and prior partner or equivalent experience at a law firm
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
