Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Harrisburg

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a multidisciplinary real estate and construction practice from the Harrisburg office. The role will handle leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development transactions, and support matters connected to healthcare, renewable energy and finance.

Ideal candidate will build client relationships, originate and oversee complex transactions, and work with cross-practice teams on project development and financing. This is a front‑facing partner role with responsibility for business development and practice leadership in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions
• Track record advising on healthcare, renewable energy or finance-related real estate matters
• Strong business development and client-management skills
