Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy Real Estate and Construction practice from the firm's Irvine office. The role combines courtroom and transactional work on construction disputes, contract counseling, and real estate-related litigation and risk management.

You will join an established team handling matters across the region, supervising associates, developing client relationships, and expanding the practice's footprint.

• Significant partner-level experience in construction litigation and real estate disputes
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; experience supervising teams
• Admission to the California bar (or ability to become admitted)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
