Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Alexandria

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Alexandria office to lead and expand a construction and real estate litigation practice. The role is client-facing and requires handling complex commercial disputes arising from construction, development, and real estate matters.

Successful candidates will manage litigation teams, drive case strategy through trial when necessary, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management within the practice group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation handling matters from pre-suit strategy through trial
• Proven record of business development and client relationship management
• Experience supervising associates and coordinating cross-practice teams; active bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
