Established national law firm is seeking a Partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction litigation practice in the Portland, ME office. The role focuses on handling complex construction- and real-estate-related disputes for institutional and commercial clients, overseeing case strategy and client relationships.

The successful candidate will split time between high-stakes litigation and business development, managing a team of associates and collaborating with other practice groups on related matters. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant responsibility for originating work and expanding the practice locally and regionally.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes at partner level
Demonstrated client-development and cross-selling ability
Experience managing teams and supervising associates on complex matters
Active admission to the state bar (ME preferred) and litigation experience in relevant jurisdictions
