Law firm seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a busy real estate and construction litigation practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will handle commercial disputes arising from development, leasing, construction contracts, and related real estate matters.
Ideal candidates will have substantial trial and appellate experience, strong client-facing skills, and a track record of originating and managing significant matters. The partner will mentor senior associates, collaborate with transactional real estate and construction teams, and help expand local market presence.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established litigation experience handling real estate and construction disputes, including trials and hearings
- Proven client development and rainmaking skills
- Admissions and ability to practice in the D.C. market (bar admission or eligibility)
