Partner, Real Estate & Construction — London

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a UK-focused real estate and construction practice from the London office of a major international law firm. The role is client-facing and business-development oriented, requiring hands-on matter leadership across commercial property, development, and construction disputes and contracts.

The incoming partner will work with an established cross-border platform and senior deal teams to originate and execute mandates for UK and international clients. This is a high-visibility role with responsibility for building market presence and mentoring a team.

• Significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters in the UK market
• Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with an established network of client relationships
