Leading London office is seeking a partner to lead and grow its Real Estate & Construction practice. The role will combine transactional real estate work with construction-related matters across the commercial sector.

The postholder will join an established team advising on complex property and construction projects for institutional and corporate clients. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating work and supervising senior associates.

• Portable book of business of £1.5M$-£2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in real estate and construction matters
• Experience building and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
