Partner — Real Estate & Construction, London

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice in a prominent London office. The role will combine high-end transactional real estate work with construction disputes and advisory matters across commercial property and development.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team, take responsibility for business development in the London market, and help shape the practice's strategic direction. Construction-focused candidates will be considered where there is a strong track record and clear client origination capability.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level leadership and business development experience in UK real estate and construction work
• Track record of handling complex commercial property transactions and construction matters
• Established London market network and ability to originate and grow mandates
• Qualified to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent senior qualifications)
