Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice in a prominent London office. The role will combine high-end transactional real estate work with construction disputes and advisory matters across commercial property and development.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team, take responsibility for business development in the London market, and help shape the practice's strategic direction. Construction-focused candidates will be considered where there is a strong track record and clear client origination capability.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level leadership and business development experience in UK real estate and construction work
Track record of handling complex commercial property transactions and construction matters
Established London market network and ability to originate and grow mandates
Qualified to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent senior qualifications)
