Partner — Real Estate & Construction, London

Senior hire to lead and grow a prominent London real estate and construction practice. The role will combine origination, client relationship management and high-value transactional and advisory work across commercial property and construction-related matters.

The team advises institutional and corporate clients on complex development, placemaking and construction disputes and transactions. The successful candidate will join a well-established practice with access to cross-practice support on related commercial and regulatory issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, with a strong track record of originating and leading mandates
• Experienced in advising institutional, developer or corporate clients on complex development, construction and commercial real estate projects
• Strong leadership and business development skills; able to mentor senior associates and grow the practice
