Senior hire to lead and grow a prominent London real estate and construction practice. The role will combine origination, client relationship management and high-value transactional and advisory work across commercial property and construction-related matters.

The team advises institutional and corporate clients on complex development, placemaking and construction disputes and transactions. The successful candidate will join a well-established practice with access to cross-practice support on related commercial and regulatory issues.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, with a strong track record of originating and leading mandates
Experienced in advising institutional, developer or corporate clients on complex development, construction and commercial real estate projects
Strong leadership and business development skills; able to mentor senior associates and grow the practice
