Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Los Angeles

Senior real estate partner role for a US-based national firm seeking an experienced practitioner to lead and grow a Los Angeles real estate and construction practice. The role will combine transactional "dirt" real estate matters, construction work, and related hospitality and succession-planning advisory.

Ideal candidate will have existing client relationships, a track record of originating work, and experience managing teams across transactions and litigation. The position offers responsibility for practice development and cross-practice collaboration on estate-planning and hospitality matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including transactional and litigation experience
• Proven business development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Bar admission in California and experience managing legal teams and client engagements
