Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Phoenix

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established real estate and construction practice in our Phoenix office. The role emphasizes commercial real estate (including land/dirt work) and construction matters, with opportunities to advise clients in hospitality and succession-planning related transactions.

The successful candidate will join a multi-practice team, work closely with transactional and estate-planning lawyers, and be expected to develop business and maintain high-quality client relationships across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established background in commercial real estate and construction matters (land/dirt law experience preferred)
• Proven client-development track record and ability to collaborate with estate-planning and transactional teams
• Active bar admission in Arizona or willingness to obtain admission
