Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Research Triangle Park

Senior real estate partner role at a major international law firm’s Research Triangle Park office. The role focuses on leasing, construction and development matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

Ideal candidate will lead complex transactions, advise lenders and sponsors on finance-related aspects of real estate projects, and develop business across commercial real estate and energy-related workstreams. The team handles a mix of transactional and project-oriented matters for institutional and corporate clients.

• Lateral partner with substantial transactional real estate and construction experience
• Proven experience on leasing, development and construction matters, including industrial/logistics and resort projects
• Experience advising on healthcare and renewable energy real estate matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
