Leading national law firm is seeking a senior real estate partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role will lead transactional work across leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development, and advise on matters intersecting healthcare, renewable energy and finance.

This position combines client-facing deal work with practice development responsibilities. The team advises institutional and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, complex leases, project development and financings.

• Established track record in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development
• Experience advising on healthcare-related real estate matters and renewable energy/energy project work
• Strong transactional finance experience supporting property and project financings
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
