Established regional law firm is conducting an active, opportunistic search for a senior lateral partner to join its Fort Lauderdale office with a primary focus on real estate and land use/zoning. The team also handles commercial litigation, corporate and securities matters, bankruptcy, labor & employment, intellectual property, and property-rights/eminent-domain work.

The role is suited to a senior partner with a strong originating practice who will lead client relationships, develop business across related disciplines, and collaborate with existing lawyers in the South Florida office. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Fort Lauderdale office (no remote placements).

Portable book of business of ~$500K+ (USD)
Senior partner track record (typically 15–30 years) with demonstrable client origination and leadership
Substantive experience in real estate and land use/zoning; complementary strengths in commercial litigation, corporate/securities, bankruptcy, IP or eminent domain preferred
Proven business development ability and comfort with billing expectations aligned to firm economics
