Partner, Real Estate Litigation — Palm Beach

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction litigation practice in the Palm Beach market. The role will handle complex commercial real estate disputes, construction defect and delay claims, and related contractual litigation for institutional and private clients.

The partner will be client-facing, take primary responsibility for case strategy and trial preparation, and work closely with transactional and construction teams across the region. There is an expectation to develop new business, mentor associates, and build a local litigation platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in real estate and construction litigation, including trial and arbitration experience
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead teams and supervise associates on complex matters
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
