Partner, Restructuring & Bankruptcy — Dallas

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a restructuring and corporate insolvency practice in Dallas. The role focuses on advising debtors, creditors and stakeholders on complex chapter and out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A and related corporate work.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on case leadership, mentor fee-earners and drive business development to grow the practice’s regional presence. This position reports into the firm's national restructuring leadership and collaborates with cross-office teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed transactions
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading complex restructurings
• Strong written and oral advocacy, team leadership and mentoring skills
