Partner — Restructuring & Corporate, Cologne

Opportunity for a lateral partner to lead and grow a restructuring-focused corporate practice within a well-established German law firm’s Cologne office. The role combines courtroom and advisory restructuring work with corporate transactional matters for domestic and international borrowers, creditors and stakeholders.

Ideal candidate will take responsibility for client development, case leadership and mentoring senior associates while collaborating across practice groups on complex insolvency-related mandates.

• Established track record in restructuring/insolvency and related corporate work
• Admission to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with strong client development skills
