Partner — Restructuring & Finance, London

Senior partner opportunity in a well-established London practice focusing on restructuring, insolvency and finance. The role will lead complex restructurings and distressed financings, working with corporate clients, lenders and advisers across contentious and non-contentious matters.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a team, drive origination and maintain strong client relationships. This is a hands-on position with significant responsibility for business development and strategic growth of the practice.

• Portable book of business of £300k$-£500k
• Proven partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and distressed finance
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships in the UK market
