Partner, Restructuring — London

Leading international law firm seeks a senior restructuring partner to grow and lead a UK restructuring offering from its London office. The role focuses on advising creditors, lenders and corporate clients on complex restructurings and distressed finance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established cross-border team, work on high-value insolvency and turnaround mandates, and play a central role in originating and executing mandates across the region.

• Proven partnership-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and distressed finance
• Strong track record of originating and leading complex, cross-border matters
• Admission to practise in England & Wales or equivalent UK qualification
