Partner, Structured Finance & Derivatives — London

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a well-regarded structured finance and derivatives practice in the London office of a leading international law firm. The role combines high-value transactional work with regulatory and strategic advisory on complex products and financing structures.

The successful candidate will advise corporate and financial institution clients, lead deal teams, and work closely with cross‑practice specialists. There is scope to shape the team and originate new business; the existing book may be flexible depending on the candidate.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in structured finance and derivatives transactions
• Proven record of originating and leading complex deals and managing partner-level client relationships
• Qualified and able to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent admissibility to the London market)
