Partner, Structured Finance & Securitization — Chicago

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice in the Chicago office of a major national law firm. The role involves originating transactions, advising on asset-backed financings, and developing client relationships across finance sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established finance team and work on complex securitization, leveraged and structured finance matters for institutional borrowers, issuers and lenders. This is a business-development and practice-leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in structured finance, securitization or leveraged finance matters
• Significant transactional experience and demonstrable client origination skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
