Partner — Tax (Energy) — Nashville

Senior tax partner role to lead and grow an energy-focused tax practice in the Nashville office of a global law firm. The role combines client advisory work, transactional tax planning, and strategic business development across the energy sector.

The partner will manage and mentor deal teams, collaborate with national tax and energy colleagues, and advise clients on complex tax structuring for projects and financings. The position requires an established client base and a track record of originating and executing fee-generating matter work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial tax experience advising energy-sector clients, including transactional and structuring work
• Proven business development and client-management skills
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across practice groups; active bar admission preferred
