Partner — Tax (Energy) — Raleigh

Experienced tax partner sought to lead and grow an energy-focused tax practice in a well-regarded national/international firm. The role combines client advisory work on tax structuring, transactional support and regulatory tax matters across the energy sector.

The successful candidate will advise corporate and project clients, manage and develop a team of tax lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice deal and finance teams. There is a strong emphasis on business development and maintaining high-quality client relationships.

• Proven partner-level tax experience with a focus on energy sector matters
• Demonstrated track record of originating and growing client relationships
• Experience mentoring and managing associates and delivering client service at partner level
