Partner, Tax & Energy — San Francisco

Senior tax partner role focused on energy transactions, project development, and tax planning for clients across the energy sector. The role will lead and grow a tax practice group, advising on federal and state tax consequences of energy projects and commercial arrangements.

Seeking a senior, client-facing lawyer who will originate work, manage teams, and collaborate with transactional and regulatory colleagues. The position reports into national practice leadership and offers a platform to build a market-leading energy tax practice from the firm's San Francisco office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in energy tax matters and transactional tax advice
• Track record of originating and managing client engagements; experience leading teams
• J.D. (or equivalent) and active bar admission; advanced tax credential (LL.M. in Tax or CPA) preferred
