Experienced tax-litigation partner sought to join a busy practice in Portland, Maine. The role combines courtroom and advisory work across federal and state tax controversies and related commercial disputes.

The incoming partner will lead matters, develop client relationships, and work with a team of litigators and tax specialists on contentious and advisory engagements. The position offers visibility on significant tax litigation while supporting business development in the region.
