The partner will advise public and private company clients, collaborate with cross-border and transactional teams, and develop new business. The firm is seeking a senior lawyer with a proven record of client development and practice leadership.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Significant partner-level experience in corporate and transactional tax matters
- Proven client origination and relationship management skills
- Bar admission and ability to practice in Pennsylvania
