The role combines client advisory, portfolio management and active business development across technology, media and related IP matters.
You will advise domestic and international clients on commercial technology arrangements and IP strategy, manage and develop a small team, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-border mandates. The firm offers flexible support for business development and a platform for building a market-leading practice.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany with significant partner-level experience in technology, media or IP work
- Proven track record of originating and converting client mandates and leading client relationships
- Strong team leadership and the ability to work on cross-border matters
- Fluent German and professional English
