Partner, Technology / IP & Antitrust — New York

An established law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow Technology, Intellectual Property and Antitrust work from its New York office. The role is focused on patent litigation and related technology disputes, with substantial crossover into antitrust matters connected to private equity activity.

The successful candidate will work with clients across private equity, life sciences, tech and energy sectors, developing trial-ready litigation strategies and guiding cross-office teams. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating work and expanding a market-facing practice.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and technology disputes, ideally with life sciences or high-tech matters
• Experience handling antitrust litigation matters, particularly those arising from private equity transactions
• Track record of leading teams, originating business and managing client relationships
