The team advises on technology transactions, media and entertainment matters, and telecom-related deals for a diverse client base. Billing rates start at $1,200 and candidate evaluation will be on a sliding scale.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in technology transactions and media/telecom matters
- Proven origination and client relationship track record
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor senior associates
