The role will be client-facing and heavily focused on originating and executing cross-border and domestic matters across technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
The partner will lead and mentor deal teams, work closely with other US and international offices, and drive business development initiatives to expand the practice's footprint in the market.
- Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience advising on technology, media and telecommunications transactions and strategic matters
- Track record of originating and winning new client work and leading cross-border teams
- Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) and strong professional network in the TMT sector
