Partner — Technology

Seeking an experienced lateral partner to expand and lead a technology-focused practice. The role will advise on complex technology transactions and commercial matters for clients across the United States and United Kingdom, with cross-border coordination and significant client-facing responsibility.

The successful candidate will work with teams on fintech and biotechnology-related matters and help drive business development and practice growth. This is a senior, origination-focused role with leadership expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising on technology transactions and related commercial matters
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships and business development in technology, fintech, or biotech sectors
• Experience working on cross-border matters involving the US and UK; admitted or able to qualify in relevant jurisdictions
